Advantages of Living in the School Dormitory
The advantages of living in the school dormitory are too many to say. So that I will only list four of them.
First, there is so convenient that you can spend only few minutes to go to class. Because of living in school dormitory, the distance between school and the place where you live is very short. So that you can reduce the time you spend on going to class and use that to do other things like studying, eating breakfast, or sleeping.
Second, if your home is so far away from school so that you must to find another place to live where is near the school, the school dormitory is usually the cheapest place you can find. Like our school, Chang Gung University, the price of our dormitory is only eight thousands NT dollars. Compare to other place which is three thousands NT dollars per month, the money you live in school dormitory for a semester have to pay is less than you live in other place for four thousands NT dollars roughly.
Third, if you have the problems about the course, you may want to discuss with your classmate immediately. But if you do not live in school dormitory, you just can solve them by yourself. Not only in school work, but also in relationship between you and your classmate, are often have some problems, like “gap”.
